Our Programs

At Nature’s Garden for Victory & Peace (NGVP), our programs cultivate a transformative learning community committed to sustainability, holistic healing, and collective empowerment, fostering a regenerative way of living in alignment with nature, indigenous wisdom, and life-affirming truths.

Our Transformative Intentional Learning Community (TILC)

To actualize and operationalize the NGVP pillars, vision, mission and values a special space is created for all members of the community to engage in critical and appreciative inquiry on the most relevant issues impacting our lives and the life of the community. Residential community members and members engaged in business related activities on the property are required to participate in the TILC in an exploration of an agreed upon array of topics.

We live in a world that is not sustainable and appears headed towards a catastrophic collision. To address these concerns, we will holistically address the systemic and root causes across every sector of business and society. We will apply alternative life-affirming solutions to begin the arduous journey of restoration and healing of the planet and her people in realignment with nature, indigenous wisdom and life affirming truths. The realisations that change is needed but challenging to achieve are widely known. The process of change can be destabilising because it challenges long held beliefs informed by false narratives, miseducation and the seduction of the dominant culture. The creation of a learning community or a community that intentionally learns, and makes that learning explicit will provide the impetus for human, organisational and social transformation.

Our community will use the methodologies and approaches to decision making and conflict resolution that achieves the results we desire. The TILC will explore different approaches together and decide what will work best for the community collectively. We expect that the TILC will evolve and periodically review new options as the community grows and changes. Examples of models that will be evaluated and implemented for participatory decision making include but are not limited to: sociocracy, consensus, consensus minus one, majority vote, super majority. Models that will be evaluated and implemented for conflict resolution include but are not limited to: mediation, facilitated dialogue, negotiation, active listening, critical and appreciative inquiry, and nonviolent communication.

Inside Out Sister Circle Collective

The purpose of the INSIDE OUT SISTER CIRCLE WOMB SPACE is to create a sacred space for our work which is multifaceted, it is holistic; it is about spiritually midwifing those women who are ready to go to the next level of ascension and to assist in giving birth to a new world. Whatever healing, cleansing, and clearing that needs to take place that is rooted in ancient indigenous wisdom allows us to dream, and to co-create new ways of being. We are the Mothers of Creation and are called today, as in the beginning to dream-awake and to restore order and balance to the planet.
